Amy Cuddy, a Harvard social psychologist and professor concluded, “Research is showing us that we do much better [with setting goals] when we focus on incremental change, little bits of improvement, instead of focusing on the outcome.” In The Intentional Day, you will set your yearly and quarterly goals but in a way that intentionally focuses on the daily disciplines that you will need to develop and accomplish your goal.
